Mandy Cooper

An accomplished leader and subject matter expert with more than 25 years of experience in financial services, compliance and risk management, Mandy brings a wealth of experience in the payments industry to her role as Flexia’s Chief Compliance Officer. 

Directing Flexia’s compliance strategy, Mandy oversees all compliance matters within the organization, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulatory requirements, policies and procedures, as well as establishing and implementing effective compliance standards throughout the organization.

Prior to Flexia, Mandy worked at various industry leading payment issuers, most recently serving as Executive Vice President, Chief Risk Officer at Central Payments where she led the Enterprise Risk teams including AML/BSA, Compliance, Third Party Risk and Information Security. 

Mandy also served as a board member of the Payment Risk Fraud Consortium (PRFC) and holds a certification in Certified Financial Crimes Specialist (CFCS).
